
What is the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by contacting us either through email or by phone. All Shipments Will Have A Tracking Number Which At Time Of Shipment This Info Will Be Emailed To You. If You Create An Account, You Will Be Able To View The Tracking Information By Logging Into Your Account.
What can I do if I am getting an error when trying to checkout?

Is the item that I want to purchase currently in stock?
All items are in stock unless otherwise noted. If an item is out of stock or discontinued, the product page that displays the product image and price will state that the item is out of stock.
Due to the very large selection of products that we carry it is impossible to guarantee 100% availability of all the merchandise that we sell. If we find out that an item is out of stock or back ordered after you have already placed your order then you will be notified by email immediately to find out if you want to keep the order or an immediate refund.
If I place an order how quickly will I receive it?
All our items are in stock at our warehouses. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, orders are shipped within 2-7 business days of payment. Some products are made to order which will have a longer shipping and handling time which will be noted on every item page and description.
What Is Handling Time?
Handling time is the time needed to select and package your item for pick up by the carrier (i.e. USPS, Fedex or UPS). A long handling time generally indicates that an item will need to be manufactured prior to delivery such as Vinyl Car Mats which is what they call a "Made To Order" item.
For the most up to date information about how quickly an item can be shipped to you, check the product page that displays the product you are interested in and there will be a detailed description stating all shipping info or you may contact us anytime. Below the product description you will see an estimated shipping and handling time required for the item. We are constantly updating our pages so if you do not see a shipping time frame for a specific item the contact us and we will be happy to help you.
Shipping Info:
UPS, USPS and FedEx do all of our shipping, using the fastest and most affordable option available. Again shipping time depends on the product and/or manufacturer which will be on the item page.
Because we deal with many different manufacturers, shipping time varies between items; some items ship within 2-3 business days while other items may take up to 7-14 business days (weekends and holidays excluded) to ship, depending on the manufacturer, If item is made to order, as well as time of year and weather conditions such as extreme winters.
Shipping time may be longer especially during peak shopping seasons such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years. If you do not understand that or agree with those shipping times then please buy somewhere else because we do our best and try to please everyone but things happen sometimes that are out of our control.
Please make sure your shipping address is entered into PayPal or Google Checkout when paying. Orders are shipped according to the shipping address provides in PayPal or Google.
Canceling An Order:
We regret that we are not able to cancel orders once they have been transmitted to our fulfillment center and entered into our system because some items ship immediately.
When you submit your order, it is instantly entered into our database, your order confirmation e-mail is sent, and your payment is verified by our system. Within an hour or so, your order is transmitted directly to the manufacturer and can no longer be modified in any way. We hope that in most cases this expedited order process works to your advantage.
We work directly with the manufacturers that actually carry the products and make the products when the order is submitted therefore they will not cancel an order once the order has been placed, processed and production has begun or product has already been shipped. More than 75% of the products we carry are specialty items that are not sold in stores and are either in production or just coming out of production when you place your order. Manufacturers these days wait until an order is placed to begin production as it saves them money and them saving money gives us the ability to get the best prices which we can then pass on to you.
Manufacturers have decided rather than allowing the cancellation of an order that has already been processed or had been made to order to just not accept cancellations at all so that they would not have to charge the customer 20 to 35% restocking fee. If it was an extreme case or a real emergency to where it had to be canceled then we would talk with the manufacturer to see what can be done on your behalf.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Our shipping costs are a very low flat rate of $7.95 and it does not matter how many items or what size your order is. This works greatly to your benefit, especially when ordering multiple items. The more items you purchase at once, the larger the savings. $7.95 is very reasonable because if you have taken a look lately at what UPS, Fedex and other shipping services charge to ship a package then you know that we are the best price in town. Other Online Stores will sometimes say they have lowest shipping prices but if you look at the price of their products you will see that all they did was inflate or raise the prices of each item to make up for giving you a low shipping price.
Not here! Check around and you will see that we have not only the lowest prices on products but also on shipping! Take any product we have, add up the price of the item and the shipping cost. Then take that same item and shipping price from any other online store that is trying to compete with our prices and you will see that we are indeed much lower and offer much more savings to you. We will also match or beat any other stores price on identical items. If we cannot beat their price for some reason then we will match it guaranteed.
Sometimes we take a small loss since our prices are the lowest on the web as well as our low shipping price because we know that as long as we offer you the best products with the best prices, the best customer service and a low flat rate shipping price, you will come back and shop with us again and will also tell others about us.
Please note: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Internationally. We only ship to the lower 48 Continental United States. We also do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO due to the fact that we use UPS and Fedex and they do not ship to those types of addresses.
Return Policy:
We regret that we are not able to accept returns unless it is for a defective item due to the fact that all of our merchandise is made to order. Made to order means when you place your order, the product is made in the days to follow.
Returns for exchange on defective items are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date for the exchange of the same item. In the case of a defective item we will pay to have the item shipped back to the manufacturer and then send you a replacement. If item is damaged by the shipper then contact us immediately.
In the unlikely event that a return is requested, we can accept returns on some products for refunds if your not satisfied but it depends on the item, the manufacturer of that product and there will be a 20% restocking fee. You will also be responsible for shipping charges to send the item back and the original shipping paid will not be refunded.
We do not accept returns under any circumstances on Autographed Items unless item is somehow damaged in shipping or it is found to be defective. If found to be defective or damaged then a replacement will be sent to you and the defective item will be picked up. One reason we do not accept returns on Autographed items is because people wear them to games then try to return them after the fact. If you do not understand that or agree with that policy then do not purchase any of our autographed items.
Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to the manufacturer. All returns must include all original items in the condition you received them, in resalable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. If you return an item that is not as explained above it will be sent back to you and refund will be denied. If item is being sent back due to being defective or damaged caused by the shipper then a replacement will be sent to you once the defective item has been picked up from you. States We Do Not Do Business In:
We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. If you reside in any of these States your order will be canceled and refunded.
